A FAMILY RUN CATERING BUSINESS BASED IN SOUTH WALES

Sugarloaf Catering is a long standing catering business led by owner and Chef Mark Coulton. Based a very short distance from Abergavenny, Monmouthshire in the heritage town of Blaenafon.

Starting out in 2005, sugarloaf catering has grown from a home based catering company providing outside catering and selling homemade food at farmers markets to dedicated team of staff and lead by Mark catering for Private functions, Wedding Breakfast, Hog Roasts, Big Pan, Finger and Plated buffets for hundreds of people.

As a local company based in South Wales, we aim to source as many of our products from local producers and suppliers based in Abergavenny, Brecon, Crickhowell and other surrounding towns in Monmouthshire and Powys.

Sugarloaf Catering offer a professional and friendly service for any occasion. Whether you are having a small intimate dinner party, corporate event or a beautiful wedding, you will get service with a smile and fantastic food made with local ingredients.

We are able to cater for a variety of fnctions from birthday partys, corporate events, wedding receptions and christenings. With a a range of Hot & Cold Buffets, from Finger Food to Plated Buffet. We can cater for smaller events of 20 to hundreds of guests.

CANAPÉ

Canapés are a great way of feeding your guests without the requirements of being seated or carrying a plate and a glass arround. Small hand preapared sweet or savory items are created to feed you guests and tickle thier taste buds. Big pan catering is a great way to serve large group of people at corporate events, birthday parties or wedding reception. Cooked fresh, served directly to the guest from the big pans, it can feed hundreds of guests. Rest assured, no matter how big or small the event it can be scaled to meet your requirements.

We can virtually cook any dish from paella, to Indian or Thai curries or spaghetti bolognaise – The posabilities are endless

As experienced caterings, we have handled many hog roasts with great success. Our hog roasts or which ever meat you fancy (Lamb, Beef, Chickens, Goat, Gammons and of course your whole pig), makes a great focal point at any event – birthday, wedding reception, christening or corporate event.
Full of flavour and served by friendly, professional staff and the best quality meat will not be matched.

Afternoon tea has been with us for over 200 years. It has made a come back and is extremely popular for any event. You can even liven it up with a little bit of bubble for a nice High Tea! We have a many options and can accommodate any requirements for you event.
