Claire and Mark are always coming up with new ideas for our canapes and take care in producing them so they look great and taste amazing!

£7.00 per person which allows 6-7 canapés per person Choose up to seven different varieties to be handed around to your guests.

• Parmesan Crisps 
• Seared Tuna with sweet & sour cucumber & chilli jam
• Oriental Beef with crispy noodles in a soy and sesame dressing
• Soda Bread with local smoked salmon & crème fraiche
• Spiced pear with Perl Las organic cheese, wrapped in Carmarthen ham
• Chorizo Sausage with roasted peppers and olives
• Salmon & fresh Herb Terrine wrapped in Nori sea weed
• Puff Pastry Tarts with local Goats Cheese
• Welsh Cheese Pastries with welsh cheddar, Perl Wen and slow roasted tomatoes
• black mountain smoked duck skewers with red onion marmalade

Crostini

• Chicken Liver & Wild Mushroom Pate with red onion marmalade
• Oak Roasted Salmon with crème fraiche
• vine tomatoes,garlic & basil 

Hot Appetizers

• Local Goats Cheese & roasted pepper filo parcels
• Homemade soups served in shot glasses (Gazpacho, Curried root vegetable. Other flavours are available)
• Mediterranean Vegetable & Parmesan puff pastry tarts
• Mini Salmon fish cakes
• Mini Thai Crab cakes
• Spiced vegetable cakes (vegan)
• Corn fritters with tomato salsa (vegan)

•  Mini Sherry Trifles

• Belgian white and dark chocolate mousse with raspberries

• Mini meringues with cream and fresh fruit

• Chocolate brownies with bailey's cream

Additional canapés can be selected at a cost of 75p per item per person.

Price includes and staff to serve & clear away food. If additional staff are required to serve drinks there will be an extra charge of £10.00 per hour per member of staff. Glasses can be provided upon request.
