Starters

  • Terrine De Campagne with tomato chutney and a mixed salad


  • Oak roast salmon fishcake with mango salsa served with a mixed salad


  • Goats cheese & sweet potato stack with red onion marmalade and roquette


  • Tiger prawn salad with mixed leaves, guacamole , and chilli jam


  • Oriental duck salad with crispy noodles

Main Course

  • Welsh lamb with cider, honey and mint with chive mash

  • Pan-fried fillet of cod with a tomato pesto crust and spinach

  • Slow Roasted Pork with caramelised onions, sage  and a red wine & mustard sauce

  • Roast Wye Valley beef with a wild mushroom & thyme sauce

  • Haunch of Venison with juniper, port and thyme served with fondant potatoes

  • Served with fondant potatoes

  • Roasted Mediterranean vegetable stack with buffalo mozzarella & parmesan

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables
